I don't see anything to criticize. His choice of schedule might not be the most sensible, but, at last, this anniversary is also that of the death of his son.
Notice however how thin is the accusation file when, for example even the voice recorder hasn't been published when dozen of personal documents on his son alleged troubled life* have been disclosed publicly.

But we have been discussing this nearly day for day... last year ;)
