EU Jet's website now has a timetable for their services from Manston. Amsterdam services start on the 1st September and others to Glasgow, Edinburgh, Jersey etc from the 1st October.

There is something like 20,000 parking spots there so there is usually plenty of room. But for about a month before Christmas you would be lucky to find one. :)

I beleive this will be the first serious scheduled service from Manston for years, will be interesting to see how it is received. what aircraft will they use ??

They havnt done much advertising here in Ireland except for really small ads in papers which are hard to find.I hope they do well but not alot of people know about them here what about in the UK.

Quite a lot of adverts around Kent and in the London railway stations which serve SE England, plus London taxis etc. I guess they'll try to build up the local market first.

I would guesstimate there are at least half a million people living within 50 miles of Manston and no closer to Gatwick.
