Hi Everyone,

I'm looking to view some maps online of airport runways and taxiways with the terminal layout also. The same maps that pilots use. I'm a big fan.

Does anyone know a place online to access these charts?

Thanks in advance.

Try flightsim.com. You'll need to register, but it is free.

There are many maps there, though at times outdated. For instance, the Schiphol map for instance misses the latest runway.

Try here http://www.ais.org.uk/aes/pubs/aip/html/aipad2.htm also here http://www.ais.org.uk/aes/pubs/aip/html/aipad.htm you need to register first but it's free.

Hope this is what your looking for.

I Agree, these are by far the most detailed information your likley to get about the layour of airports. If i'm not wrong (and a maybe!) these are the maps and charts pilots use.

AIP is the official CAA/NATS published information on UK licenced airfields. Most airlines use AERAD or Jeppesen publications on the flightdeck, which contain information distilled from official sources like the AIP.
