Could anyone of you please tell me the Boeing 727 take-off speed? If possible also a link, but memory would do fine too. Thanks. :D

Series 100 or 200? The TO speeds (V1, V2 etc) of a jet are calculated each time it is due to fly and are a combination of weight, temperature, altitude, runway length, engine spec etc etc. There will be a minimum and maximum, but no single answer to your question.

Thanks, it doesn't have to be terrible exact.

Also is there any formula to calculate the take off speed using only aircraft parameter without the airport parameter?

A plane will always take off at the same "equivalent airspeed", what changes is it's CAS/RAS (calibrated AS, Rectified AS) & TAS, and as lba has said it's a combination of weight of the a/c & density altitude of the airfield, runway length does not effect Vr, rotate speed, it only effects V1, and does not effect V2
As for calculating this I do not know, it's in Mod2 & Performance exam which I am not at yet and is type specific.
I would estimate a ball park figure of being between 130 & 155kias.
