jmc mate stands for JOINT MARITIME Course big exsersie that the royal navy holds up in scotish waters couple of times a year. One of the rare opertuintes for the royal navy to command other countrys units such as the USA. The americans have allways been good contrebuters they sent the enterprise up last year and she was under rn command. The herky birds are there to support the raf units taking part and to act as like MPAs or targets i think.
if im wrong please any one correct me
