-Assuming you mean FS2004 (also works in FSX) why don't you just pull up the GPS and enter the airport ICAO code into the DIRECT TO command? it will then give you a desired track (Magnetic) to the airport

-No worries, give me a shout if you need to know how to do it, and remember this is the "track" to the airport, not the "heading", the heading will be the track + / - wind :)

Unfortunately I've misplaced my "pilots manual". Does anyone know of anywhere where I can get hold of magnetic bearings/headings from one airfield to another without having to continually check the slew options??????
