If you are looking for somewhere to go in the next couple of months Turweston is hoping to attract a variety of aircraft over four Sundays from Nov 20th by offering FREE LANDINGS. Situated in the centre of the country allows aircraft to come from all directions and still be a relatively short flight from home. Some interesting aircraft are based there (the Miles Whitney Straight for one) but we are hoping to get some first time visitors who may want somewhere to go on a cold Winter Sunday.
Turweston is known as a very 'enthusiast-friendly' airfield. The cafe is available to all and will be open from 11:00 - 15:00.
