-Dave Morss told me the G4 has now over 400 pmpg.
1432 pmpg is still distant dream but doable..I am sure.

I mean Burt Rutan did 140 mpg per passenger already in 1975 with Vari Ez and newest GFC winners get 330 PMPG with the Pipistrel G4.

I estimate in 2018 the figure is 1432 PMPG ( passenger miler per gallon ).
It needs the 6 seater gliderlike aeroplane to have muscle power option for 5 people ( pilot has no obligation to pedal while steering ) and 37 m2 of new kinda efficient solar power panel and a 20 hp sustainer engine for take off and nite flying.
