-Hiya,
I would suggest sending a letter and CV to airlines opperating from your local regional airport. I know a couple of guys who have gained work experience via this route. One guy done a week as a dispatcher at EGLL and the other done two weeks with opps at EGCC including a couple of jumpseat flights.
Good Luck
Keith

-hi all,
Nice to see you about Keith!
I spent the 2 weeks with Air Atlanta Icelandic at Manchester which was a throughly enjoyable period and played a big part in me getting the job i have now with Emerald in Ops. Keep trying and nagging airlines, and go for the smaller companies - where are you based?
I also did my first one with a smaller helicopter operater, Heli-jet at Coney Park near Leeds/Bradford airport which was great on the R22, B206, MD500E, Allouette II and a Gazelle!
PM if you want a hand
