Hello, Can anyone help me? As an amateur photographer who subject is retro style from the 40’s, 50’s & 60’s. I wonder is there anyone here that would be willing to have their aircraft used as a backdrop for photo shoots? The models I use are my friends and are not professionals. However they have researched their subjects well and go to great length to look right for the era’s concerned. We have a great interest in the periods mentioned and do this as a hobby. We would like shoot with any light aircraft from the periods in question, either civil or military. I would also like to shoot with WWII fighters and 1950’ jets if possible too. Any photos that come from a shoot will NOT be used commercially by me. As I say it’s a hobby only. Thanks Dave Here’s an example of my work. Photobucket

I'll see if I can dig out the Piper ads from the 60s. Generally showed a square jawed couple climbing out of the PA22 on the starting tee at a golf course. I'd guess the greenkeeper would be a bit miffed if you tried that at Royal Birkdale Moggy
