I think the R22 now tops the CAA statistics as the 'crashiest' type in the UK, a position previously held by the Cessna 150/152. Bloody learners!

Might have to change your figures, turns out it was a Schweizer 300 CBi:D

Oh well as long as the crew are ok that's all right then. A welding exercise gone wrong powered by rubber bands = Schweizer 300
