Some of the best moments in flying have been low passes and flying. There are too many to mention. The problem comes when you put someone ill prepared and wreckless in the pilot seat. If a skilled pilot is in control of the aircraft and he knows his plane then very little can go wrong. Obviously the can be technical malfunctions which is beyond any pilots means and with very little height this could present a problem. Also I dont see what the problem with the long straight passes and climb out are. They are done fast enough that the aircraft has flying speed and there are no turns just a climb. There were some video clips in there that clearly were not low flying I guess it must have been part of another video at some point. And the one with the airliner low very low pass and bank at the end has been discussed at lenght on the rights and wrongs of low flying in particular this one pilot and aircraft. If you can find the thread I think it was quite a long one. Here is the thread I mentioned above. Not as long as I remember And at the risk of stirring old emotions from a zombie thread again http://forum.keypublishing.com/showthread.php?t=74460
