-He was said to be picked up for a broken tail light on his car, a Mercedes. I would just like to know how the fatal events appear to be taking place in a park.

-Whilst that is an interesting point no doubt that will come out. What is interesting is that it is reported that the officer stated that Mr. Scott had taken the stun gun, that he was in fear of his life and that CPR was attempted. The film seems to suggest otherwise on all three counts. Mr. Scott appears to be running away and had apparently not committed any major crime and it has not been suggested that he was armed. This seems to be a bit excessive even for America, but then I am not black.
Of course there may well be more to this we will have to wait and see.

Officer makes no attempt to chase and has been charged with murder.
