Hi Martin
The Hampden is P2079 of 144 Sqd that crashed at Low Farm 4 miles west of Hemswell returning from ops Munich, all crew bailed out.

The only info i have on PA185, is that it was carrying a Grand Slam and collided with Lancaster W4374 of 12 Sqd which crashed 1 mile west of the farm into a wood. The Polish 300 Sdn Lancaster along with the bomb crashed 150 yards from Stott's farm, Apley near Wragby making a massive crater some 66ft deep in the soft ground. As for crew details I have lost the info, but someone on the forum will help
Regards G.

Checking other sources it appears that PA185 collided NF932 on 13/2/45 will have to check further sources. Still unsure why a 300 Sqd Lancaster would be carrying a grand slam only thought 617 Sqd had them.
