Hudson or Ventura?

It is Ventura. It looks like the picture was taken at CFB Trenton Ont Canada. It is part of the cache of parts being used to restore Hudson FK466. The wing originated from a lake in Eastern Nova Scotia. Originally off a US Navy PV-1 Ventura.

Wing ID

Yes, correct. The picture was taken behind the restoration shop at the RCAF Museum in Trenton. Thanks.
So it's a Navy Ventura wing. That explains the earlyWW2 star with no bars, no red center.

Didn't the Hudson in the shop come with wings? What is the history behind the Hudson?

BTW, the Halifax inside is absolutely stunning. So are the two old fabric aircraft on display, but the ColdWar
aircraft parked outside could certainly use some TLC.

This was mentioned recently -maybe its a case that some of the less relevant machines could move on to ther collections without affecting the message the museum is trying to get across.
