With regard to the point about the TSR.2 being 'gutted',it was actually never completed.The airframe has never come to life for so much as a ground run-the engines were yet to be installed when the programme was dropped like a hot brick.I'm lead to belive that there is still plenty of stuff inside her though,but the lack of engines would ofcourse mean a considerable weight saving.

They want to string the TSR2 up from the roof at Duxford. Imagiane the weight! Thats supposed to gutted as well isnt it?
