Sounds like a nice idea Jim !! Cannot speak for the staff but it would be nice to see her flying in formation with a 'D ' as well.

A couple years ago I had the opportunity to fly in Petie 2nd out of Sun N Fun...the Whittington H model was right behind us in the run up area (no air to air shots) and it struck me that there are no timely flight reports for the H and that was the first time I ever saw an H in person...its a neat looking airplane.

To the flypast staff...
Hows' about an article on flying the P-51H. I have no doubt that Flypast is currently the best vintage aviation journal and this is a seldom touched subject. Imagine...john dibbs up with Michael Coutches in his H model..and getting his comments on flying this bird. I think it was Chuck Yeager who decribed this airplane as a "pig"..but I am sure there is more to the story.
Just and idea
