-What's the city seal on the forward fuselage? The seal of Lelystad perhaps?

-Never mind that question, I found out. It is not Lelystad but the province of Flevoland instead which incidentally Lelystad is the capital of.

-Yes, I think so.
The seal has some essential elements from the seal of Lelystad (http://www.ngw.nl/l/lelystad.htm), the capital of the province of Flevoland: the sealion struggling to come out of the water. This clearly reflects the history of Flevoland, which was reclaimed from the IJssellake (IJsselmeer) in the 1940's.

Today at 11:35 LT the Dutch Constellation made her first short flight in 2 years with the new prop system. The flight consisted only of one circuit at Schiphol airport.
