I didn't think we were welcome anywhere else.
We were described as a bunch of Pr*ts elsewhere this weekend.

NINE! Crickey, how do you find time to do anything else? I post at 3 or 4 almost everyday, and drop into another 1 or 2 now and then, and that keeps me busy for ages! Must admit though a good proportion of my net time is spent on theses forums. :)

By whom, when and where? On what basis was the comment made?

-The comment calling us a bunch of prats was posted on the UKAR forum.
The aforementioned post has now been deleted by a moderator of said forum.

Is that any different to the members here who have labelled UKAR as a "cesspit" and it's users "pesky biactol boys"? I don't think it is.

-well I had to resort to a DIY forum (and thats not code for something pervy!!)... people get so animated about rising damp, whether it exists and if so how to fix it!! :D hmmm drifted in to 'pots n kettles' territory here!

other forums? dont bother ref historic stuff but do lurk/contribute in a couple of 'noisy pointy' ones...

-Well Guzzineil, I too like you had withdrawal symptoms, but instead of sensible DIY forums I ended up on a nursing forum, too much like work, and not half the fun this forum is!
Glad all is well and DIY forums won't have to be frequented too often! :D

Danni

-it is fun to drop in on other places from time to time and have a look at what people are arguing about... and normally its best in places where you dont expect to find people shouting at each other like the Time Team one or BBC wildlife etc where you expect to find calm, 'nice' people!!! :D
