Looks like a red cowling, so I'd guess it's Plane Sailings PBY-5A.

Bottom wheel is a PBY-5 I think. Strictly speaking calling it a B-25 wheel wouldn't be totally wrong as they are interchangeable if I remember correctly (at least the tyres are).
