-Well, if it's fresh water, the airframe might be salvageable. With the Basler conversion, it's an expensive aircraft. So it will be worthwhile to dry it out.
Remember the history of Miss Montana...
And the chance of both PT-6s quitting on their own is very remote, so fuel issue?

-The aircraft could be C-FKAL, hopefully not C-FKGL which crashed on 17/3/17. again on a lake which thankfully this time was frozen.
