-Wet-Dog, the Mk.X Lancasters which were used by the RCAF after the end of WW2 were Canadian-built. Their cockpit instrumentation was North American and would have been subject to modification during the 1950s. There is a Parts List EO 05-25A-4, and I have a copy. If there is anything specific you want to know, please ask and I can have a look in the list. The Altimeter is simply described as 'GFP' (Government Furnished Property) in the list.

-The Canadian Lancasters were built by Victory Aircraft at Malton Ontario. A quick google shows the number, dates and differences. Hope this helps.
The airframe parts all come with VA inspectors stamps instead of R3 or RY from UK production.

Excuse my naivety , Were the Avro Lancasters which served with the RCAF built in Canada or the UK? In addition was their cockpit instrumentation British or North American, such as Kollsman or Smith type etc. Thankyou in advance for any help.
