Reads as if the production of WW1 reproduction aircraft at TVAL is ceasing with the company retrenching to simply undertake maintenance on the existing collection. The sister Wingnut Wings Model company has ceased trading and the assets are to be sold off.

My bad, haven’t mastered the technicalities of using an iPad yet, but the wording does seem rather final , as does the title you have given to your screen print.
