it's an excellent idea, GERARD....!

let's continue with..... 'SAO TOME & PRINCIPE" ;

till now I remain convinced this roundel was never used ;

&, nearly 10 years ago somebody else wrote (fm flagspot.net ) ;

Unknown Air Force symbols

According to [cos98], reports (without an image) that only recently small number of aircraft was obtained and «there are reports of those being marked with a roundel version of the national flag: red, yellow and green with two black stars». I quite familliar with [cos98]’s phrase «there are reports» so I will consider those “reports” with utmost caution. What I have learned from the Russian Aviation site is that the «small number of aircrafts» is extacly one An-32. My guess that it fly with civil markings and maybe national flag as fin flash, but until someone will be there and take a photo of it, we will still be in the dark.

AFAIK the Defense Forces don't have any aircraft. I wonder if they even had some in the past. So, the roundel is interesting but probably never used.
I vaguely remember an article which said that members of the defense forces used to fly with this airliner between the islands.

And, always in Canada, these "all red" ones : (only one year of existence and only on VIP aircraft in 1967)
