Piper AE-1
I haven't seen this on this thread..a Piper J-5 used by the US Navy as an ambulance.
Originally it was called the HE-1 (Hospital Piper)...but when helicopters came online it was changed to AE-1 (Ambulance Piper).
Wag Aero, one of the Cub kit builders has an similar option for homebuilders to increase utility as a bush plane.

Here's a H-13 D or E in Korea with external stretchers.
Plenty of later model Bell 47Gs have been painted in incorrect faux-MASH markings, but here's the real deal.
