not really. Poorly organized non hostile flyover. Or a purposeful quick intrusion to test countrie's defences and response. If you are worried about T-160. In real war scenario it would never fly over enemy territory like that.

There is no slew mode for the EO pod? The video seems to show a manually scanned and tracked mode. Or was the radar malfunctioning or switched off to cut any emitting sources?
