Soviet and US bomber levels at the end of Cold war

I've been trying to compile a rough inventory for the two sides for end of Cold war, circa 1989/1990. I hope kind people here can correct me if my lists are wrong and provide sources, as well as fill in the blanks.

US numbers seem pretty straightforward. An old AFA magazine almanac says there were 412 bombers in usaf in 1989. Looking at production levels of b1b and b52g/h, and knowing all previous b52 models were retired by then, it seems clear the 412 figure includes b52, b1b and those fb-111 that were under SAC at the time. Sadly, details for national guard and af reserve weren't listed. It's likely at least some b52 served there as well.

f-111 production lists say fb111 variant was made in no more than 76 airframes. Alongside 100 b1b that were produced and 295 g/h stratofortress thats theoretical maximum of some 480 planes. Since ten b52g/h were lost in vietnam and probably a few of each were lost in accidents, it's realistic to assume some 450-ish bomber force in 1989 ? Say 95ish b1b, 70ish fb111 and 280ish b52g/h?

If someone has more precise figures that'd be great but even these ballpark numbers are fine for what i need.

Far more problematic are Soviet bombers. There are known/alleged numbers of total airframes produced per type, which helps a lot for a newer type like tu22m. But tu16, tu22 and tu95 figures are next to useless. Especially since tu95 production lists seem to include ALL subvariants, from passenger planes to tu-142. Plus with planes so old a lot of them might've been written off.

There are some orbat lists, like this: http://www.ww2.dk/new/navy/aviation%20divisions.htm or some mysterious long range aviation orbats that don't seem to have proper sources...

so using those highly dubious means, here's an invetory to the best of my knowledge.

soviet bombers
af:
~255 tu22m2/3
~120 tu95m/ms
~105 tu16 without subtype designations. probably a good deal of them ew/elint???
plus 45 tu22r, dozenish tu22mr and 32 tu16r
~20 tu160 operational by end of 1990

navy:
~140 tu22m2/3
105 tu16k
21 tu22 (what role???)
~60 tu16 in various ew/elint
~40 tu95g

Plus probably a fair number of elint/recce variants of tu95. Rough tally at least 50ish, maybe more.
Plus some 20-ish tu16n/nn tanker variants. don’t know if for af or navy.

If anyone can provide better sources to clarify some of these figures, i'd be very grateful. Remember, we're talking about 1989 orbat or so.

Also, what was the deal with tu-16 tankers? From what i can gather, there were 20-ish tu16z variants, wingtip to wingtip tankers. Those were at some point converted to regular drogue and hose tankers and named tu16nn. But were there other tu16n drogue and hose tankers? If so, how many?
