(from the above link):

The Mi-38 is fitted with an integrated IBKO-38 system that displays data on five LCD screens. It is one of the most highly automated commercial helicopters in the world, with on-board systems that allow automatic navigation along a pre-set course, as well as automated landing, hovering and stabilisation in various flight modes. The IBKO-38 system gives the crew the information they need to fly the helicopter safely both on- and off-route.

This is very good. Ru should segment more their share of the market with stuff like this (affordable hi-tech).

Poland To Cut Caracal Order, Reconsider Black Hawk, AW149

"It is not of utmost importance to purchase several dozen helicopters on a single platform [(60 were on order)]. It is true there are some urgent needs which need to be addressed as soon as possible, but we are talking here about eight, maybe 10 helicopters. But this will not cost us 13 billion zloty," Macierewicz told pro-government news site Wpolityce.pl. "I’m deeply persuaded that we will reach an agreement with [Airbus Helicopters] and provide Poland-based plants with a chance to develop."

Poland To Cut Caracal Order, Reconsider Black Hawk, AW149

When Macierewicz says "provide Poland-based plants with a chance to develop", is he referring to local production of the EC-725 (which no longer makes sense) or is he talking about Sikorsky's and AgustaWestland's already existing manufacturing lines?

Best regards,

He is talking about splitting the order, ordering say ten Caracals and leave the remaining amount to either locally produced AW149 or S-70i.
Actually, I have always thought about the EC725 as a rather surprising choice for Poland.
