Why would Pakistan sell to nation with an 85%-majority Shia population closely aligned with Iran when Pakistan is so close to the Saudis? Makes no sense.
If rumours are true they have already signed a deal with Myanmar, where Rohingya Muslims are being killed and persecuted. Its the government that matters not the poor locals e.g Bahrain has majority Shia population.

why do you think Azerbaijan is closely aligned with Iran? Virtually all news talks about how much Iran doesn't like Azerbaijan. They might be shiite, but they're into the like-America thing, big drinking thing, homo-thing, loud music thing, western culture thing, etc. http://i.imgur.com/HdAgbVJ.png
