Whats the latest status of the Izd 30 and the PD14. Would the vanilla PD14 also equip military transport or some militarized version will be produced.
Are Klimov and Kutznetsov working on their own engine as well?
Are there other engine programmes to equip the PAKDA?

Not really to have 4 in it. In general, for a bomber like that scale, T/W= ~0.25-0.3. 4* 15 t=60t, then the MTOW will be more than 200T. As per some saying, the MTOW could be 100~150T, then 2 engines based on NK-32M core with more thrust by a bigger BPR. would do.
MTOW 240 t.
Twin-engine variants is interesting, but unlikely. 2 NK-32+ (2 * 15,000 kg) : 0.25 kg = 120000 kg

That was announced a little while back, no new engines. I guess it makes no sense given planned service life (15 years top) of the upgrade.
I am surprised to see the defensive suit though, seems tailored to Syrian like operations, not exactly needed inside Russia.

With a completly new modern cold section of NK-32M, they should be able to produce higher thrust output.

Well, if with a little higher BPR, easily goes with a thrust of 17.5-20T. Then twin engine configuration may have a MTOW of 140-160T.

So, the first Il-76MD-M flew, and here is a good photo set. Apparently it got a new defensive and optical suite.
