The best MIG-21/J-7 is surely China's J-7PG/G that is praised as a small F-16.

Bangladesh Air Force F-7's
The Bangladesh Air Force now operates 48 F-7MB/G/FT-7B. They were supposed to get another few squadrons of ex Pakistani F-7PG's.
Recently they purchased 16 F-7G's from China worth $118 million.
