Taking place over three years, the project is set to be completed by 2023. The Genetec Security Centre – a platform that blends IP security systems within a single interface – will underpin security operations at the airport, specifically focusing on video surveillance.

Giovanni Taccori, commercial lead transportation, APAC at Genetec, said: “Increasingly, our airport customers are understanding the deep business insights Security Centre is capable of delivering, its ability to inform and create value for multiple areas of an airport business operation and improve the overall passenger and employee experience.”

After a rigorous tender process, Genetic was awarded the security contract.
