Developed by Ken Hall, the pack covers the PNG (Papua New Guinea) region, known for being one of the toughest bush flying places in the world and where many airline pilots earned enough hours to advance their careers in aviation.

The scenic and challenging tropical landscape recreates small airstrips that are the lifeline for small villages in the area, often carved out of the hillsides by hand by locals. Not only are the strips often short with a steep gradient but they are subject to some of the fastest changing weather conditions in the world. Aircraft such as the Kodiak, Pilatus Porter, Beaver, Caravan and Twin Otter deliver essential supplies to these remote places.

The package for MSFS features three airstrips (AYYE, AYYW, AYDN), each modelled with custom effects and PBR (Physically Based Rendering) textures. Other highlights include native 3D vegetation (including bananas), 100 handplaced objects and handcrafted mesh for each airstrip. It also sports hand-placed objects and people.

PNG Highland Bush Strips Pack 1 is available on OrbxDirect for AUD$18.99 (approx £9.96).
