There's a thought. Have the customer actually pay for the goods they're acquiring.
Why they pay less as a group and they all pay the same price. Why would they want to pay more and also have to explain the cost differences of there countries purchase price with the lower possible price achieved by another countrie. On LM end the joint purchase increases standardization of the fleet reducing production cost further. The standardization also reduces long term maintenance costs.
