Pacific Islands Simulation has announced Salt Lake City International Airport (KSLC) for Microsoft Flight Simulator is now available.
The package is an accurate rendition of the actual airport, sporting an up-to-date ground layout, including the new taxiways between the concourses and the two new overnight parking areas midfield and next to Runway 34R.
Other highlights include high-resolution ortho imagery with hand-placed autogen and vegetation to match the actual airport, while the surrounding area features authentic buildings, car parks and roads.
All airport buildings are recreated with a mix of 2K and 4K textures, including the hangars, towers, freight buildings and general aviation FBOs. The terminal and concourses are also modelled with detailed interiors. Other features include animated jetways with VDGS (Visual Docking Guidance System), Safedock Type 1 programmed at the concourse gates along with ground service equipment and clutter on the apron.
Salt Lake City Airport is available on PacSim's website for $25.99.
