Authorities in the United States have highlighted pilot fatigue as one of the likely contributory factors which led to a cargo jet landing on the wrong runway. The findings are contained within a newly published National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) report into the events at Tulsa Airport in Oklahoma on June 8, 2022.
