-It would make sense given that FlyBe have reduced their BHD-NCL from 3 daily to just once daily, and that would imply that it was NOT FlyBe thinking of going to MME, and instead points back to bmi Baby, which would suggest BFS.
Either way it will be strange as it will mean either airline going back on a previously implemented strategy. Unless we are missing out a third possible contender? Eastern is the only one I can think of?
BHD would be excellent for me, because as I found out the other day MME isnt that difficult to get to from Leeds...

That surprised me that they have reduced NCL-BHD to once daily, especially with the likes of LBA retaining a 3x daily service, even with a twice daily service to BFS with Jet2.

-LOL LBARULES, at the moment I would put money on Mark keeping the LBA route alive given his frequency on it! If it was a bmi route he would be a gold card holder!!

Belfast is the obvious one, but I hadn't a clue what DTV was until I went to type "whats DTV?" and its Durham Tees Valley (MME) or the cities actual name, Teeside

Hi
Can I just say that Teeside isn’t a city? Durham is now the name of a county! Tee-side Airport is the closest to Darlington town centre which use to be part of the old North Yorkshire along with Middlesborough until the changes to the regions in the late Eighties/Early nineties
Now Teeside/Darlington and are Middlesborough classed as the county of Durham.
I think that makes sence. If anyone can help if i'm wrong please do so.

-A little bit more complicated than that...
Co Durham (County Durham) has existed as long as I have and much longer I'm sure. Darlington is part of Co Durham and Co Durham also includes Durham City.
Middlesbrough is classed as Teesside (spelt with two 's') or in some cases still Cleveland. Middlesbrough is not part of Co Durham.

I read a news thread yesterday which reported that DTV & the North East Chamber of Commerce are currently in talks with a few airlines about reinstating a service between the two cities - does anyone think anything will come of this?
The last link was operated by WW about four times a week with absurd timings and only one flight per day - the news report I saw is suggesting 2X daily on weekdays - naturally I would hope that any such service would operate to/from BHD.
Any comments would be welcome!
