Very interesting ...who was escaping , or planning to escape?
Have you read of the American emissary Myron Taylor's flight to Rome in WWII (1942) also in a Savoia Marchetti?

I first saw this on an Italian site but it Trojanned me! Now thanks to Air-Britain Italian registrations I can now show the whole exciting story that should have been in the German comic 'Das Kommando' May 1945 issue but we won the war:D
