Could anyone help ID this tailwheel :confused: :

It is marked on one side:

WM14
4.95 - 3 1/2
Electrically Conducting

And on the other side:

31234
WM14
123L3140
B3/A
4.95 - 3 1/2
Electrically Conducting

Any thoughts?

WM14 is the part number for a Hurricane tail wheel tyre.
