Whilst sorting my mums loft out today my step father found a service and release book for one of his relations and gave it to me.
He served in the rafvr from 12.3.41 to 1.1.46
It says as follows
1139898 LAC Mason J
RAFVR No 1687 B.D.T Flight.
My step father mentioned he was based at scampton but i wondered if any one could shed any more light on him or this flight as would love to find out more and maybe find some pictures of him whilst on the flight.
Hope someone out there maybe able to help me.
Thanks in advance.
