The one in the foreground looks like PT as it has a red spinner now! The flame start one is SM520 I believe

PT462 always had a red spinner -

So it has......it's the other spit PV202 that didn't have one before

The red-nose Spit in post #105 must be PT462 as it has canon fairings and blisters, MH367 over in NZ is the only other canon "armed" two-seater as far as I'm aware.

TE308 had cannons and a red nose - although she still hasn't flown since her accident, and those items might have been changed since then.

Duxman,

I believe that the wiring is for a temporary vibration sensor recorder / analyzer for the tail rotor bearings, shaft, etc.. I could be mistaken though.

Not aware of an AW139 accident at Leicester?, although there was a AW169 crash there last year.

Duxford Monday 11th March:

Strong winds have restricted activity at Duxford for the past few days, but there's always a hangar shuffle to keep us entertained:

Sycamore,
have you seen the amount of speed tape holding the cable on? It’ll do a trip. I’d be more concerned about the actual dynamic of the helicopter contraption itself, I mean look at it, beating the air into submission... ;-)
